Privacy policy

We only collect what you give us or what we need to run our services:

• Quote requests: your name, business name, email, phone, what you need, your message and the options you choose, including any discount code.
• Free call bookings: your name, email, phone number, the time you pick and anything you write. We also keep the internet address (IP address) the booking came from, to stop spam and repeat bookings.
• Agreements: when you sign online, we record your name, the date and time, your IP address and your browser type, as proof of signing.
• Client portal: your login details, the change requests and files you send us, and your plan, time used and invoices.
• Tap card pages: the details you choose to show on your page. We count taps, QR scans, page visits, contact saves and button taps per day. These counts do not identify the people who tap.
• Loyalty cards we run for a business: the member’s phone number and stamp history, used only for that business’s program.

To reply to you, prepare quotes, agreements and invoices, do the work you hire us for, send reminders and receipts, support you after launch, and keep our services safe from spam and abuse. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank payments are handled by Square through secure payment links. We never see or store your full card number. We receive the payment status and the details on the invoice.

We don’t use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. The client portal and our admin page use your browser’s storage only to keep you signed in. Our fonts are hosted on our own site.

We use a few trusted services to run lamaisonz.com, and they only process information to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare: hosting, our database and file storage
• Resend: sending our emails
• Namecheap Private Email: our hello@lamaisonz.com mailbox
• Square: invoices and payments

We may also share information if the law requires it.

We keep quote requests, agreements, invoices and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and legal record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we delete what we are not required to keep.

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@lamaisonz.com. You can also unsubscribe from any reminder email by replying to it.

Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
