Questions
Do my customers need an app?
No. iPhones (XR and newer) and most Android phones read the card with no app: they hold the phone near the card and tap the notice that appears. Any phone camera can scan the QR code on the back.
What if my phone number or links change?
Send us the change and we update your page. The cards don't change, so every card you've handed out shows the new details right away. With a Care membership or page upkeep, small changes are included.
What if I lose a card?
Nothing to worry about: the card only holds a link to your page. Order more any time for $15 each.
Can I see how many people tapped?
Yes. We track card taps, QR scans, page visits, contact saves and which buttons get tapped, and send you the numbers whenever you ask.
Do I need a website first?
No. Your tap page works on its own and is often all a market vendor needs. If you'd like a full website later, the tap page carries over.
How long does it take?
We build your page first so you can see it and ask for changes, then order your cards. You'll get a date with your quote.
