Choose Z CareWithout a membership, changes are billed at $75 an hour.
Questions
Can I join if you didn't build my website?
Memberships are for sites we built or have reviewed. If your site was built elsewhere, request a quote and we'll check it first.
What counts as a change?
Anything that updates your existing site: new photos, menu or price updates, new text, a new event, small layout tweaks. These use your plan's monthly change time. A brand new page or feature is quoted separately, or billed at $65 an hour.
What happens to time I don't use?
On Care, unused time resets each month. On Care Pro and Z Care, it carries over for one month.
How do I send changes?
Email hello@lamaisonz.com for now. A member portal where you can send requests, upload files and see your plan is on the way.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Switch plans or cancel anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing month.
When does my membership start?
When your site launches. During your package's fix period, anything we built that stops working is fixed free either way.
