Questions

Do I own my store?

Yes. Your Square or Shopify account is in your name, with your payments going straight to you. You can keep running the store yourself or with us.

What do Square and Shopify charge?

They bill you directly. Square Online has a free plan, and Shopify starts at $39 a month. Both charge card processing fees on each sale. We help you choose the right plan before you start.

Square or Shopify: which one is right for me?

Square Online is best if you already sell with Square at a booth or counter, because your online and in-person sales share one inventory. Shopify is best if you ship a lot or plan to grow your online sales.

What do I need to send you?

Product photos, names, prices, sizes or options, and a short description for each product. No photos or descriptions yet? We can take product photos and write descriptions for you.

How many products are included?

Up to 25 with Shop Start and up to 75 with Shop Pro. More products are $250 per 25.

Can I add products myself later?

Yes. Every store includes a training call so you can add products, change prices and run sales yourself. Or send them to us, covered by a Website care plan.

I already have a website. Can you add a store?

Yes. We connect your new store to your current website with a Shop button and menu link, for $250.
